The hotel industry is still struggling with sales losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the tense labour market situation. Now the current political situation in Europe is also leading to an energy shortage and resulting rising energy costs. To counteract a threatened shortage, it is important that we don’t waste any valuable energy and save it where we possibly can.
But how should you communicate such energy-saving measures to your guests?
